This investigation, the first of its kind, interviewed over 80 women who have come forward with harrowing accounts of being raped, abused, or coerced into sexual acts under the guise of spiritual healing. The film was covered by 13 BBC language services and featured on Women’s Hour, BBC English language front page and BBC IPlayer. It had a combined global audience conservatively of 5-6 million.
